Prices are set by the producing studios and are constantly changing. We will make every effort to honour the prices shown on our website but we cannot guarantee that website prices will be available in all of our store locations. Local conditions and the timing of purchases may produce different prices at the store level.
Unopened product may be returned for refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase to any of our locations in Ontario. No returns or exchanges can be processed without the original receipt. If returning by mail, address your package to Cinema 1 Inc., 355 Hespeler Road, Unit CRU304, Cambridge, Ontario N1R 6B3. DVDs exchanged by mail will be subject to a charge for shipping the replacement product (except for the replacement of defective product).
Defective merchandise will be replaced free of charge. Simply contact us via email to arrange for a replacement. Please list the product name and the transaction number on your receipt.
On occasion, a studio may discontinue production of a title for an unspecified period of time ranging from a few weeks to several years. These products are marked "(Disc)" in our catalogue. Sometimes a studio will decide to discontinue a product even though they have customer orders on file for it (a minimum quantity is required in order to justify a production run). Although this is a rare situation, it does happen. If you have ordered a DVD which is subsequently discontinued we will advise you immediately.
If you have ordered more than one DVD and they are not equally available, we would normally hold the readily available DVDs until we are able to ship your order 100% complete.
If you want readily available titles shipped immediately please separate your order into two pieces (to be shipped separately) or send us your instructions. Please be aware that this will increase your shipping cost proportionately.

Save shipping charges and delivery time by picking up your order at one of our stores. Click here to find the location nearest to you. Postage charges to remote areas of Canada or to other countries are higher than the rates quoted above. If there is a need to charge more for shipping we will obtain your approval first.
We have developed the following rating system to give you an indication of how long it will take to ship your order:

| Excellent | The title is in our inventory and can be shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours. Please note that this does not necessarily apply to pick-up orders at locations other than Cambridge. |
| Very Good | The title is in inventory at one of our distributors and can be shipped within the week. |
| Good | Our major supplier has one copy of the title in stock. If this single copy is still there when we place your order it could be shipped within the week. |
| Fair | The title must be ordered from a studio and could take from two to four weeks to come in. If the studio is out of stock, the order may have to wait for a production run and could take longer. |
| Not Available | Production of this title has been temporarily discontinued (see Discontinued Products above). |
